Product return policy

veeva.ca guarantees 100% satisfaction with your purchase or we’ll refund the total cost of the product(s) purchased within the last 2 months, including return shipping and handling!

If you are not satisfied with your product(s) purchased within the last 2 months for any reason, simply return the unused portion along with a detailed explanation of the reasons for your return to the address below.

Shipping policy

Shipping costs are as shown in the shopping cart. The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on your requested method of shipping. Rates are approximate. Orders are shipped on business days only, excluding Canadian public holidays.

Out of stock items

If after ordering your item is found to be out of stock, we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Order cancellation & changes

We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us and quote your order number.

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment, which will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.
