LEMON BALM
Lemon balm is a classic herb used in herbal teas and supplements, to promote relaxation. The extract used in Veeva Stress Formula is grown and produced in France, and has supporting research to fight both stress and anxiety.
ASHWAGANDHA
Used in Ayurveda as a rejuvenative tonic and to balance aggravated Vata (nervine). This adaptogenic herb is also used to enhance memory and to help increase energy and resistance to stress in case of mental and physical fatigue.
RHODIOLA
This versatile herb is recognized by Health Canada to relieve symptoms of stress such as mental fatigue and sensation of weakness. It also helps support cognitive function such as mental focus and mental stamina.
THEANINE
Theanine (L-Theanine) is sometimes referred to as "meditation in a capsule". It is thought to trigger an increase in alpha brain waves to help promote a temporary state of wakeful relaxation without causing drowsiness.
