Although Veeva spends several years developing each product, we cannot be certain that there are no interactions with prescription drugs, especially medications that treat similar health challenges. For the most part, yes. In product development, over several years, we have not found any contraindications for other supplements. However, other supplements that use some of the same ingredients should be taken cautiously after consulting with a natural heath care practitioner. You are not alone in this question. We get that a lot. The answer is yes they can. The herbs and nutrients found in both products, if taken together, do NOT go over maximum daily dosages. So there should be no concern. However, we feel most people should not have to. The reason is this: ​

• Our Stress product will help with anxiety through reduction of stress.

• Our Anxiety product will help with stress as well.

​In short, both products work for both Stress and Anxiety. It's just a matter of which one is the greater issue. Do you need help with stress management? Does stress affect your quality of life in ways OTHER than anxiety? If so, the Stress Formula is for you, knowing that it has a side-benefit of reducing anxiety. If your main issue is anxiety (resulting from stress or other), then the Anxiety Formula is for you, knowing that it will help with stress management too. If you feel both Stress and Anxiety are equally problematic, then yes, you can take both. We just know our products work so well each on their own, we feel you should choose one only. Our advise: Work with a licensed health care practitioner and start with one product only.

Yes, both both products CAN be taken together, but not as recommended. Each product recommends 2 capsules. If you take a total of 4 capsules (2 Anxiety Formula and 2 Theanine & Magnesium), you would end up with 450 mg of Theanine, which is well above the maximum daily dosage of 250 mg recommended by Health Canada. So if you choose to take both products, you'd have to take ONE capsule of each, not two. Or check with a licensed health care practitioner.

Most of our research points to 15 days or less. Give our supplements a good trial period of 15 days. Aromatherapy products should work immediately and should last approximately 20 minutes, after which the aromas are likely dispersed and no longer effective.

We do not recommend the use of any of our products directly on animals whether they be dogs or cats. Refraining from direct application HUGELY reduces ANY risk to pets. This leaves only two products and two methods of use that we have to consider:

1) The diffusing of any of the essential oil blends is not a concern around pets as long as the animal is not confined to a small space in which a diffuser or nebulizer is intermittently but continually diffusing EOs. As long as the room is of average size with good air exchange between rooms or through the HVAC system there should be no concern.

2) The mists should not pose any danger as the level of essential oils is relatively low relative to any health/respiratory concerns. It would take a heck of a lot of misting (many, many bottles) on an ongoing basis in a closed room to create any health issues.
